Planner entries and custom backgrounds

Study sessions, exam details, and appearance preferences are stored in browser storage where available. In NichePilot, the opaque-origin preview uses a parent-managed local IndexedDB bridge scoped to the saved site. In a regular browser or static host, the app uses that browser's storage. These records are not sent to a StudyFlow application server because this bundle has no backend request.

Uploaded backgrounds are stored separately from the JSON backup. The app accepts GIF, JPG/JPEG, PNG, and WebP files up to its configured 8 MB limit. In NichePilot, background assets use the isolated storage bridge. In a regular browser, the asset uses IndexedDB where available.

Anyone with access to the same browser profile or saved-site preview may be able to access its stored data. Avoid entering sensitive personal details in task names or notes. Clearing browser data or removing the saved NichePilot site can remove locally stored information. Keep a private backup before clearing or moving to another browser.

Backups

The JSON export contains planner sessions and exams. It does not include custom background image files. Exported files remain under your control after download; store them securely and do not share them unless you intend to disclose the included schedule and exam details.

Importing a backup replaces current planner sessions and exams after a confirmation step. Verify the file before restoring it.

Optional publishing analytics

The StudyFlow ZIP itself contains no analytics script, ad code, or third-party tracking tags. NichePilot offers Cloudflare Web Analytics as an optional publishing choice, off by default. If the site owner explicitly selects it in the deployment confirmation, NichePilot adds a Cloudflare beacon to each published HTML page. Cloudflare documents page views, visits, referrer information, page-load timing, Core Web Vitals, and dimensions such as country, page path, device, browser, and operating system. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors' personal data and does not track individual end users across customer properties.

The beacon measures published pages and their performance. StudyFlow's storage code does not send planner entries, exam details, or background image bytes to the beacon. NichePilot does not import analytics totals into its dashboard. The publish checkbox is an owner-level choice; it does not itself ask site visitors for consent or supply an on-page opt-out. If enabled, the owner must provide any visitor notice and consent required for the intended audience. Keep analytics disabled unless those requirements and the deployment's data practices have been reviewed.

Ads and other third parties

No advertising network or third-party ad script is configured in this StudyFlow bundle. The advertising page explains the current status. If an ad service is added later, this notice must be updated to name its data practices and describe any required consent and user controls before ads are enabled.
